Content developer

Position Type: Long-term volunteer

Time Commitment: 3-7 hours weekly

Description

• Collaborate with the Windsor of Change team to identify content needs and develop a content strategy

• Research and write articles, blog posts, and other content related to local and national environmental and climate change issues, education, and community events

• Ensure all content meets Windsor of Change's style and brand guidelines

• Work closely with the social media team to develop content for social media channels and engage with followers

• Attend meetings and contribute ideas for content development and strategy

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Windsor of Change team

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Strong understanding of environmental and climate change issues and a passion for making positive change in the community

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas

• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members

• Experience in content development, marketing, or related field preferred
